If an item is found to be materially different from its description or preview, it is considered “not as described.” If the issue cannot be rectified or it is determined that the item is “not as described,” you would be eligible for a refund. - Item has a security vulnerability.
If an item includes a security vulnerability that cannot be easily addressed or resolved, you would be eligible for a refund. - Item support is promised but not provided.
If you have a valid support entitlement and the support provided to you does not align with our item support policy, we will ensure that you receive a refund. - Items that have not been downloaded.
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 months of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if you have acquired the item for personal use and have not downloaded it, you may have an extended timeframe within which to claim a refund.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in any of the circumstances listed below.

- The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
- You simply change your mind
- You bought an item by mistake
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item

- You can no longer access the item because it has been removed from the website (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
