- DynamicLayers reserves the authority to provide an additional price quote if the client expresses a desire to introduce further alterations to the project that were not originally specified or included in the project description.
- Once the offer has been purchased, it is essential for the customer to submit all the required documentation in order to start the project.
- DynamicLayers does not take part in any theme development or update. Therefore, there is no money-back guarantee in case some features (like those developed in frames of additional customization services by DynamicLayers) are later added in the themes’ future updates by DynamicLayers authors.
- Customers can request a refund for 14 days if he/she did not provide the needed information, as a result of which customization was not done.
- DynamicLayers does not guarantee to complete tuning on a schedule specified in the Preliminary Term of Delivery if there were breaks in production because of the customer’s activity (i.e. the client doesn’t give DynamicLayers all the data necessary for customization or gives false details/data).
- As soon as the customer receives customization (direct on his website or attached files) the project is considered to be implemented successfully and isn’t to be reviewed or revised.
- Any complaints or comments from the client must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the project. After 14 calendar days, the project is considered completed in full.
